from Big Cypress Seminole Indian Reservation, FL – the amazing Big Cypress midnight-sunrise set comes to an end with the sky orange & red to the east & a live performance of the song which started it off. . . Although no encore was played, I feel “Meatstick” made a phine finale to the set & two full days and nights of the Big Cypress concerts. All the phans standing & looking towards the stage after the band walks off do show that everyone was hoping for more music – even after seven hours another hour would have definitely been OK with everyone there! I imagined that the “3.0″ song “Light” had been written right before Big Cypress – it would have been sweet to see them launch into a first performance of “Light” for the Big Cypress encore with the sky still glowing orange as the new millennium began. . . the version of “Light” from MSG ‘09 is really awesome & powerful, my favorite “3.0″ song. . . So much fun to look back (and listen back) at all the moments thruout the bands tours and concerts, with the summer ‘10 tour just four or five months ahead. . . Thanks for watching!
